Cranberry Pork Chops

The most FLAVORFUL pork chops ever!
All of them
10 min.
50+ min.
Easy

One can whole cranberries in sauce
One packet Lipton Onion Soup mix
Fresh ground Pepper
Pork chops (up to 10)

Preheat oven to 350F.
You will need a pan that can hold all of your pork chops with out them overlapping, if you are doing 10 you might need 2 9x13's.
Pepper each side of the pork chops.
In a bowl, combine the cranberries and the soup mix.
Place the pork chops in the pan(s).
Pour mixture on top of the pork chops, dividing the mixture between the pans if needed.
Bake at 350F for about 45 min per pound of pork.
I like to flip them once half-way through the cook time to make the flavor even.

Sweet, but not too sweet. It works in a crockpot as well as in the oven.
