This one is also great with spicy Indian dishes, but has enough protein to be a vegetarian main dish as well. The yogurt keeps it cool and mild and is probably why my little boy likes it.

Every year since 1971, NPR's Susan Stamberg has managed to sneak on the air her mother-in-law's recipe for cranberry relish.
